IEEE SMC Society Japan Chapter
The IEEE SMC Society japan Chapter was first founded in 1974. During its
long history, it has co-organized or sponsored various activities. As for the

The intermediate and long term aims of the Chapter are:
- Actively publicize this Chapter and IEEE, and recruit new members,
in particular, student members.
- Regular and successive meetings are organized under some
concentrated topics of new frontier. One possible topic may be on
Security and Safety, that is well recognized topics as typical
interdisciplinary theme.
- Plan and organize international meetings and DL programs forum for
promoting the visions and missions of IEEE SMC Society to nurture
the international young researchers.
