IEEE SMC Student Branch Chapter in Harbin Institute of Technology Shenzhen Graduate School

In the promotion of Prof Xiaolong Wang, Prof. Xuan Wang, Dr. Wing and Dr. Qingcai Chen, IEEE student branch chapter at Harbin Institute of Technology Shenzhen Graduate School was established at March 2007, which is the first SMC Student Branch Chapter in China mainland. We are committed to boost the intercommunion and co-operation between students in our school and scholars and students international, and let our students experience the operation and effect of International academic organizations like IEEE as soon as possible.
